SMI is a non-profit association. SMI’s work is to increase contacts between its members, as well with authorities and other organisations. SMI works to inform and propagate to strengthen and improve its members businesses and operations.
SMI aims to be the power that raises the publics and authorities awareness of motorsport, with objective and confidence inspiring arguments for the motorsports industrys and the motorsports role; on regional and national, as well as international.
SMI works to let both smaller and bigger companies be present and represented at national and international fairs for a reasonable cost.
SMI offer membership for all stakeholders within the motorsport industry; such as manufacturers of components for motorsport, organisers of motorsport events, suppliers of goods and services, training and educational enteties within the motorsport.
SMI offers many activities for its members, and in return we want the members enthusiastic commitment.

For 2009 the fee is 5000 SEK, whereof 4000SEK is a deductible service fee.
